Third service line
Know which campaign actually paid for the deal.
We wire your CRM to the ad platforms you already run, fix the tracking underneath it, and build a model that traces closed-won revenue back to the channel and campaign that sourced it. Not another dashboard of clicks — a straight line from spend to pipeline.
The problem
Most attribution reporting fails before it's built
"Measuring marketing ROI" is the single most-cited challenge for marketers in 2026 — named by 33% of respondents in HubSpot's 2026 State of Marketing report, alongside a related finding: 73% of marketers say their budget now gets more scrutiny than it used to. The pressure to prove what's working has gone up. The tooling to actually do it usually hasn't.
Attribution as a guess
- GA4 shows sessions and conversions, but nothing about which ones turned into revenue
- Last-click gets the credit by default, and it's rarely the channel that actually built the deal
- The CRM and the ad platforms don't talk to each other, so "which campaign closed" is answered by memory
- Budget decisions get made on gut feel dressed up as a report
Attribution as a system
- Every deal in the CRM is traced back to the touchpoints that produced it, not just the last one
- Ad platform spend is joined to closed-won revenue, so CAC and payback are visible by channel
- Offline conversions sync back to the platforms, so bidding optimizes toward revenue, not form-fills
- Budget gets reallocated on evidence you can point to in the CRM
Why this is hard to see without fixing it
The gap between spend and revenue, by the numbers
| Benchmark | Source |
|---|---|
| Measuring marketing ROI is marketers' #1 cited challenge in 2026 (33%) | HubSpot, 2026 State of Marketing report |
| 73% of marketers say budget scrutiny has increased | HubSpot, 2026 State of Marketing report |
| Median B2B SaaS CAC payback: 16 months. Top quartile: ≤6 months. Bottom quartile: ≥24 months | Aleph, 2025 benchmark data across 342 SaaS companies |
The gap between the median and top-quartile payback period is rarely a product problem — it's usually that the top-quartile company knows which channel is actually producing revenue and the median one doesn't.
What we build
The data layer, wired and kept honest
Four pieces, built in order — each one is load-bearing for the next.
GA4 fixed properly
Consent mode, UTM discipline, conversion events, and the acquisition data that most setups get quietly wrong. This runs first because every downstream number depends on it being right.
CRM ↔ ad platform integration
HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive wired to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4 — so a closed-won deal in the CRM can be traced back to the campaign that sourced it, not just the form it happened to fill last.
A multi-touch model, not last-click
Credit distributed across the touchpoints that actually built the deal, matched to how long and how many people your sales cycle actually involves — not a default model that happens to ship with the tool.
Offline conversion sync
Demo-to-closed-won often takes 30 to 180 days. Without syncing that back to the ad platforms, Smart Bidding keeps optimizing toward the wrong signal — a form-fill instead of a customer.
What we won't pretend to do
We don't buy or manage your ad spend — that's a different craft, with a different feedback loop, and claiming otherwise would be exactly the kind of thing this service exists to catch. We build the layer that shows you, honestly, what your existing spend is doing. What you do with that evidence — reallocate, cut, scale — stays your call.

Questions
The things people ask first
Do you manage our ad campaigns or spend our budget?
No. We don't buy or manage media — that stays with you or your existing agency. We build the attribution layer on top: connecting your CRM and the ad platforms you already run so you can see which campaigns actually produced pipeline.
What tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive on the CRM side; Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4 on the platform side. No proprietary software you get locked into — the dashboard and the data pipeline are yours.
How is it priced?
A flat $2,500 a month, month to month. No percentage of ad spend, so fixing wasted spend never costs us money — the opposite of how most agencies are paid to think about this.
How does this relate to the outbound work?
They're separate services and can run independently. Together, they cover both sides of pipeline: outbound generates it from scratch, attribution shows you what your existing paid spend is actually doing. Most clients start with whichever problem is louder.
