One service · one niche · we hold the risk
The Pipeline Engine
Researched outbound that puts qualified buyers on your calendar. You pay a fixed setup fee, then only for meetings that actually happen.
Pricing
$1,500 setup
+ $500 per qualified meeting
Billed monthly in arrears on meetings attended. No retainer, no minimum term.
- Guarantee: five qualified meetings within 30 days of the first send, or the $1,500 comes back in full.
- Attended, not booked. A prospect who no-shows doesn't appear on your invoice.
- Exclusive by niche. One client per vertical, so we're never pitching your buyer for a competitor.
- You own the assets. The list, the domains, the sequences and the playbook are yours whether you continue or not.
- Month to month. Stop whenever it stops being worth it.
Why the guarantee is five and not fifteen. A thousand well-researched contacts typically yields 30–60 replies, 10–18 of them positive, and 5–9 meetings that actually get attended. Fifteen would be a number designed to win the deal rather than to be hit. We'd rather under-promise and keep the client.
The part most agencies leave vague
What counts as a qualified meeting
Agreed in writing before any money changes hands. All five conditions, or it doesn't count and you aren't billed for it.
| # | Condition |
|---|---|
| 1 | The company matches the ICP we agreed — size, sector and the buying trigger, not just the industry label. |
| 2 | The person holds a title on the agreed list, or is senior to it. |
| 3 | They've stated a real problem in their own words, not just accepted a meeting to be polite. |
| 4 | They know what the call is about and who they're meeting. No bait bookings. |
| 5 | They attended. Reschedules count once they happen; no-shows never count. |
If a meeting fails a condition, we say so before you do. Arguing about qualification is how these relationships die, so we'd rather lose the $500 than the trust.
Timeline
The first 45 days
Domain warming is the long pole and can't be rushed. Anyone who tells you they'll be sending on day two is about to burn your deliverability.
ICP session and infrastructure
One hour with you on closed-won deals. We buy and configure secondary sending domains, set SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and start the warm-up. Your primary domain is never used for cold sending.
List build and message testing
The 1,000-contact list gets built account by account and every address verified. Sequences are written per segment while the domains continue warming.
First sends, small and watched
Volume starts low and climbs. We're watching deliverability and reply quality, not chasing volume. Early replies usually reshape the messaging.
Full volume and meetings landing
Roughly 50 contacts a day. Meetings go straight into your calendar and CRM. You get a weekly number: contacts out, replies, positives, booked, attended.
Our signature move
We prove it before you buy it
On the second touch, we send a prospect five of their ideal customers — real companies, with the exact opening line we'd use for each. Free, whether or not they ever talk to us.
It's a strange thing to give away, and that's the point. Describing research quality is cheap. Handing someone usable research costs us an hour and settles the question in a way a case study can't.
Questions
Before you ask
What if we've already tried outbound and it failed?
Usually one of three things: you sent from your main domain and torched it, the list was pulled from a filter rather than researched, or the copy was a template with a merge field. All three are fixable, and knowing which one it was makes the second attempt much faster.
Do you need access to our systems?
A CRM seat so booked meetings land where your team works, and a calendar link. We buy and hold the sending domains during the engagement and transfer them to you if you leave.
Is cold email legal where we sell?
B2B cold email is permitted in the US under CAN-SPAM with accurate headers and a working opt-out. The UK and EU are stricter — corporate subscribers can generally be contacted on a legitimate-interest basis, but the rules differ by country and we keep suppression lists and honour opt-outs immediately. We're not lawyers and will say so; if your counsel wants a specific policy applied, we'll apply it.
Can you also close the deals?
No. We book qualified meetings and hand them to your team. Neither of us would be well served by us pretending to be your AEs.
What happens after 90 days?
Ideally the numbers are stable enough that you hire an SDR and run it in-house on the playbook we wrote — that's a good outcome, not a lost client. Some companies keep us running it alongside. Either is fine.
